Holyrood Academy’s art department held its annual spring photography competition to celebrate Spring and what it means to everyone. Mrs Edgecombe said “We are always stunned at the diversity of entries we receive from students and staff. This year was no exception. We were blown away at the imagery submitted and very impressed at the variety of photographs we had the privilege to judge. Entries were taken using cameras, phones and even a drone; all of which were of exceptional quality. It was a tough task to choose the winners and everyone who entered should be very proud of themselves.”
Winners are:
Year 7: D’angelo Porter & Charlotte Parsons
Year 8: Katelin Berry & Jasmin Bale
Year 9: Lucy Poole & Aidan Sinnott
Year 11: Chelsie Bale
New technology award: Ben Warner
